People keep asking me if my Dad rides a harley. Well not so much - as I recall, it's called a Bergman? So thanks to google images - this looks like my dads bike - except I think his may be black. Basic idea is a scooter shaped motorcycle which goes real fast like a motorcycle, but should be friendlier on his old bones.
