making us look silly

Lauren clowned us big time today. Uncle Jeff came up from Spartanburg to visit, and we've been telling him how much she stays awake now and how alert she is, and how she's been smiling at us. Well she decided to show us who was boss, and she slept the entire time he was here. We were even tickling her and poking her and stuff to try to wake her up. Finally Jeff relented and just took a picture of her with her eyes closed before he had to leave. She still looked cute of course, but it is so great to interact with her when she's awake. Grandma and Grandpa Brown are coming to visit tomorrow - I hope she'll cooperate for them!
